A very Important mineral
My usual choice of intake from magnesium is a powdered type form in fully reacted bisglicinate chelate.
So I opted for the ionic form as I've heard many positive reviews and did some research in to this.
We know the importance of this mineral for it's nootropic properties. This new taste was potent however that didn't put me off due to the unique taste from the powdered form.
Mixed with filtered mineral water or juice and knock it back. Within 20 minutes felt very calmed like a physically relaxed just a mental calm clarity. I take this with a B6 folate and a zinc supplementation preferably chelated bisglycinate an hour before bed.
This magnesium type works very effective for active lifestyle within a stressful world. As an older active male Who commutes too work via cycling and works out with free weights/kettlebells this mineral is a must for me for its calming and relaxing properties on the immunity.
This ionic type magnesium is part of a Nootropics that controls and balances our immunity from inflammation caused by oxidation.
With part of a well balanced and healthy diet making sure supplementing with the right non synthetic types vitamins. We can take care of self as our bodies ages while keeping healthy/active

Good absortion low sodium
I used other Magnesium supplements in the past, but i am always been disappointed. The pain in the muscles, the mood, the sense of wellbeing never bust up as does now. I am certain about the results watching also the clinical test results. The level of sodium doesn’t spike up. I am using this product no stop since 3 years and i am pretty happy of it.
