Improved my knees in the first week
I was recently told that I have severe arthritis in both my knees and at the age of 51 was told I was too young for knee replacements. So I have to carry on as I am but on strong pain relief. That was not an option so researched what I could take to help myself. I was sceptical about the previous reviews as much as anyone, but they really did improve my knees by the end of the first week of taking them. I have reduced my pain relief and now only take it if I have had a long day on my feet. It has also improved my back pain.
