No benefits.

There is no effect and no taste. There seem to be no active ingredients in the bags.
The tea only colors the hot water some with no effect as a laxative.
I purchased three boxes due to the great reviews. I continue to use the product but with no apparent benefits.

Just so folks will know,.. My partner has to take many drugs for her bone cancer. These drugs will cause constipation. Once she started on this product and drank it daily as recommended she has had no further constipation.
