Inexpensive and Accurate
TRUEtest monitoring is inexpensive and accurate. They work just as well as the OneTouch Ultra I used for a while. I now use OneTouch as my backup. Everything can get complicated when testing our BG. But with the TRUEtest it is so easy. I use a free app to track date and time of my readings, just in case I need the extra info.Read full review

I've been using true test strips for 3 years. Offers alternate site testing as well as the usual finger prick. Works quickly with clear results. I test 2X a day so use a few strips and can only remember one strip that gave me an error. With or without insurance they are reasonably priced. 3 times in 30 minutes and give readings like 100 , 150 and 70, not necessarily in that order.

Tru test BG test strips
As someone with Type 1 diabetes I need to have a glucose monitor near me at all times. I carry a tiny Tru Test monitor in my purse. These strips I buy on ebay are about %60 cheaper than if I were to buy them in a drugstore or Walmart. Their readings are almost always the same as my "good" glucose monitor.Read full review
