Lovely fire but noisy

I love this fire, good quality and finished off my living room however the only con is that it’s noisy even with just the flames flickering it has a loud clunking noise.

The perfect fire

Fantastic. From placing the order to delivery was perfect. Read the description and it stated it was very quiet. One fitted turning it on there was hardly any noise as all from the top mounted fans.
