Put the plug into the van opened the tap only to find it was sucking more air than water into the system The problem was the crimp around the pipe that fits into the van plug was Not tightened sufficiently to stop air being drawn into the system I then had to cut the pipe and refit with a jubilee clip very annoying luckily I had a jubilee clip with me at the time Couldn’t return item as emergency measures I had to cut the pipe Not Impressed Read full review...

Without the connection clips to make it work couldn't make the pump work without them
The pump that went into the water barrel was alright but the part that went into the side of the caravan had no electrical clips fitted into into this so it couldn't make any contact to the pump so it is of no use to me at all Read full review...
