Trumpeter 1/24 scale '109s are AWESOME!

Trumpeter has truly "come into their own" over the last few years in the quality of their models! Their 1/24 scale Bf-109s (all marks available) are absolutely marvelous kits, both in accuracy and detail! As with so many large scale Trumpeter kits, optional clear panels are provided (in the case of the 109s, an entire clear molding of the fuselage halves is included) to show off internal detail, if desired. Rubber tires, and an extra canopy parts tree (just in case a clear canopy part gets fouled in assembly), and excellent photo etched parts are included. Excellent kits!!!Read full review...

Trumpeter 1/24 Me Bf109-G2

This is a great kit. The most pleasing aspect is the accuracy of the parts in terms of scale, detail and fit. The two versions of colour scheme and markings are interesting and provide sufficient information to complete an accurate scale model of the aircraft. The only area of improvement I would like to see, is the German spelling on some of the decals. It would be great if Trumpeter could get a native speaker to proof read this prior to production.
