Turbo Yeast

Product works very well. Much higher alcohol content than wine yeast. Make sure your must is around 24-27 before adding yeast. If it's too high, it will kill the yeast.

not fast

took 10 days at a steady 24c (heating pad) for the hydrometer to drop bellow 1000. so not 3/5 days & not 20% alcohol but works as well as more expensive turbo yeasts just slow.
