Perfect, New Copy of Reliable TurboTax 2023
I have been using TurboTax for years. It is comprehensive and easy to use. I misplaced my disk from last year and am setting up a new computer, so I needed a new copy. The disk received was in a perfect, new package. Totally meets my needs. Read full review

Previously, I used and loved Turbo-Tax. With the latest updates (on the same computer), When it came to the S.S. portion of entry, the system locked up. The so-called help center for Turbo-tax, directed you to a a pre- automatic answering format. (Useless). After many attempts failure was the only answer. I then went to the online (purchasable) program and loaded that program. A disgrace, paying twice for a product, that if a senior software specialist designed the 2023 program, off of the 2022 program, with just the few necessary updates in place, it would be a good deal. Not an E-Bay problem. this is a 100% Turbo-Tax problem, caused by hiring game playing programmers. If your making a program for the general public, keep it out of the hands of kids.

Turbo Tax will get your taxes done but you may have to provide the Tax Man with further proof's
I love Turbo Tax for doing my taxes however, my resident State Hawaii, is not as keen on their results.
So I had to stop using them in order to stop getting Audited. Turbo Tax was correct each of the year's that the State of Hawaii audited my returns; however, it took about 40 to 50 hours of work (each audit) to produce the literally hundreds of photocopies the State required. And after each Audit, the State of Hawaii's ultimate response was "Thank you for being so cooperative..."
So I had to put a CPA and his software between myself and the State's punitive system of rooting out offenders. Read full review

Turbo Tax Overview
I've been using Turbo Tax for many years, so I like it. Easy to install? I answered yes, but it is conditional. It does not load fast and without "Yes I know it is taking more than a moment", so the programers of the Intuit software acknowledge it takes time and muliti-steps to become active and ready for input.
Overall, if you like understanding money spent year-over-year, doing your own taxes allows that comfort. I don't like auto-pilot anything. So if you're in that camp, buy the product and expect it will serve you well
