Might work for others, but didn't work for me.

It didn't work well for me, for the following main reasons.
1. It is really slow - I had to go through stuff before each exercise, which means I'm standing around clicking buttons a lot of the time.
2. Even though I tried to start as a 70 old just beginning an exercise routine, it tried to start me out with far more difficult exercises than I could do.
3. It did not start with proper warm up exercises. Though it said to warm up first, it assumed you had already done that.
4. It kept repeating "encouraging" phrases. That was nice with the first few exercises, but got really old really fast.
5. It kept each exercise up for too long a time, and the time did not seem to be adjustable. I couldn't find any way to exit an exercise when I had had enough, so I ended up just waiting it out. I tried to figure out how to "customize" the exercise routines for myself, but could not figure out how to do it.Read full review...

great for those who want a tough, yet beneficial workout

Great workout, not for those without "heart". The game gives a real workout, with the trainer giving live feedback on your performance. It's very motivating and honest. I have an older Wii console. I say that because during the middle of my workout, this game often freezes. If it weren't for that, this would be a perfect workout. So I have to take one star off for that defect. Tough but good

I purchased this product because I wanted to get in shape and lose weight. I was building muscle but did not have much cardio interaction. I thought this would be great to incorporate into my regular workout.

Great product. Even my 4 year old son likes to do it. Easy to use and follow along. Gives you a great overall workout.

This game is gonna get people off the couch and move, sometimes the straight cross doesnt register, and I haven't tried to throw knees yet, but at least I am moving and that is the biggest thing, hopefully if more versions come out every year it will get sharper.
