Fantastic item
This UHU glue I have used for years and have glued wood, leather (I used to make neckbands and wrist bands from leather and I stuck beads on with UHU glue, pots of all shapes and sizes (bone china,earthenware and garden pots), it has also been used on metal (kitchen utensils, toys and cupboard latches).
I always find it is best to glue an object and walk away, don't keep picking it up because you weaken the line of where it is broken and often you have to start again, just by looking at it make sure it is still aligned and has not slipped to one side (don't put too much glue on or it will slip).
UHU glue is clean and clear to work with and it does what it says on the box, such a good all round product.Read full review

Uhu glue performance
Adhesive is Ideal for modelling, allows time to get items to be bonded into place before setting. The only downside with this type of adhesive is it does tend to string.

Let’s stick with it!
Possibly the most versatile adhesive for all types of modellers. Of late the famous yellow tube has become more elusive in our local shops so having discovered the opportunity to bulk buy and save money I opted for the 12 pack of 60 ml tubes which should keep me going for a while.
The adhesive is usable with all types of materials and is sometimes more successful than its super glue types. The slower setting time allows for adjustment to be made . One tip in controlling the flow of glue from the tube is to use a pair of pliers to flatten the nozzle slightly. To keep the cap and nozzle clear keep a damp cloth to wipe off excess glue and this should make the tube last longer.Read full review
