Stylish, effective and efficient
In my opinion, Looks very stylish in black. The timer is a really useful function to prevent overuse. I have been using on the lower setting (choice of 3) and find it effective and hence efficient use of electricity. Tempted to purchase another as a good back up system should gas CH fail etc. Much better warmth and efficiency than using fan heater types.Read full review...

Broken after 6 months

back up heat
purchased to provide back up for heating which is poor on our ground floor. Assembly was easy, nice size for us, although may be too big for confined spaces. Timer was a bit confusing to start with and would be improved by being digital - anyone with visual difficulties would find it hard to read. Functionally it is good and provided more than adequate heat on a medium setting for both the hallway and bedroom without rocketing the electric meter!

Cheap and reasonably cheerfull
I bought 2 of these to heat a 6x6 meter crog-loft and replace a tatty old Delongi oil filled that didn't have a built in timer. They don't give out anywhere near as much heat as the old Delongi did despite being allegedly 500w more powerful. They're ok as long as you're sitting directly on top of them otherwise you're better off spending a bit more and getting a decent "known brand" one. Read full review...
