Ultra sun is fabulous - no skin irritations - no prickly heat - the little cosmetic bag holds all the sun screen to carry to the beach or poolside. I would say enough for a regular size female for up to 7 days (might not be enough for a male) - although once a day, I usually top up once over the day just to be sure!
