A very handy tool with a comprehensive feature set.

This little AC/DC current clamp meter includes all the current, voltage, diode test, capacitance and resistance/continuity ranges that you'd want for use around the house and car.
It has quite a following with the community on a well frequented electrical blog site, including well documented hacks (search using its manufacturer and part number, along with the word 'review'), as well as being used on video by a popular YT electrical rev engineering blogger.

I have other much more expensive instruments for use at work but, for the price, this is a great addition to my toolbox.

NB - Don't use it to measure your car's starter motor current, at 100A Max it won't be up to that job. For most other domestic and automotive measurements, it's fine.Read full review...

OK Value, average quality - finer details not sorted.

- Appears to be ok value for money - at $42 its not a bad price.
- Finer details are lacking - buttons need more force to push, and when measuring volts, it defaults to AC - a real pain, especially when:
- Sometimes the meter flakes out, restarting itself and defaulting to AC.
- Leads and case are nice
- Compact size
Measurements are ok, though not sure they are 100% calibrated (comparing with other meters I have)

Great meter for the money

Dc clamp meters are notoriously expensive however this measures accurately and is easy to use for a reasonable price.

Banging meter !

Clamp is very well made and accurate, measures down to 1mA on AC and DC. Price is phenomenal for a meter that includesTrue RMS also. Great piece of kit and essential for anyone involved in electrics/electronics. Thoroughly recommend this meter.

Excellent meter at an amazing price

This meter does exactly what it says in the spec. I was a bit skeptical about buying one as it is so cheap but I'm very pleased I did - checked it against my Fluke DMM and its spot on. You do have to be careful when measuring mA DC but that applies to most DC clamp meters - just make sure you zero it when it is close to the measuring position. I was amazed that it was accurate to within a couple of mA. At the price don't hesitate to get one. Oh and the non-clamp measurements are good too.Read full review...
