After attempting to unlock my device twice through EE, taking a number of months each attempt, I decided to go through a third party. Got my code from the seller and at first had a few issues in trying to unlock as video link is a little dated so the procedure is slightly different to what the video link shows but after messaging the seller and being told how to do i was able to unlock my 4gee mini WiFi box successfully.
