Arrived in specified time stated. Easy to assemble, good suction, easy to empty and clean. Drawbacks are leads not long enough to hoover whole of room without unplugging using another plug point. Was really exited to get something new but was not happy. I made a mistake buying 2. Bought 1 for my mum coz it was stating as lightweight because of her age . Brilliant little vac. I love it. So easy to assemble and use. The suction is very good. Nosel suction is ok. It turns corners and gets right up to the skirting boards! Absolutely brilliant for pet hair if you have pets i recommed! I have a long hair german sheppard! This made hoovering so much easier! I am sure I got a genuine bargain with this vacuum cleaner! As it is it's a well made item that normally sells 4 nigh on £100 and as this was on a special offer and cost me £30 I've every right 2 be happy. It's been used and it's light but that doesn't detract from its performance,in fact it's very impressive more so 4 the fact it was so cheap! Short cord lets this product down
It is suppose to be lightweight but I found it quite heavy to handle. with the short cord I can only get half across my lounge without changing to another socket and cannot reach to the top of the stairs.
