I have used this distiller before. After 3 years of use which was really good worth for money my old distiller broken and I bought this new one with confidence hoping this one also will last for a couple of years.Read full review

The seal between the 2 parts does not contain the steam. Item doesn't work.
This product relies on a silicon seal to hold the top on when the water is boiling and producing steam. Understandably, when the steam pressure builds up in the distiller, it blows the top section off and the steam goes out into the room without producing any distilled water.
What this product needs is an inbuilt clip mechanism to keep the lid on while the distiller is making steam so that the steam will enter the cooler section and become distilled water.

Better than expected.
This is a well-made, sturdy machine. It uses a fan to cool the steam which condenses and runs into the collecting container. The lower section is a stainless steel heated pot and the upper section which condenses the steam is also Stainless steel. The outside is plastic so prevents people getting burns while it operates. This is the 100 degrees boiling point version. Other similar models can adjust to different boiling-points.Read full review

Useful thing to have get pure water
The newly added handle has made it easier to use. However the stainless steel cap for distilled water collection should be designed like a funnel. The power switch has never work. (this is the third distiller I bought. A timer will help to avoid the urn to run dry.)Read full review
