The handle with the dust collector is fine but to connect this section to the long pipe is not easy and it takes a great deal of effort to get it to click into place!
A few scuffs here and there indicating it is obviously a refurbished vacuum from another source.

Good basic cordless hoover for wooden floors.Not good for all Carpets.Do to not use the brush for carpets but the suction is ok. Happy with this model
This model is much better than my previous one, d ugh cation better & emptying the dust collector, still same principle of long tube which can get stuck with fluff & a roller head which can swivel about with a hose connecting to the long tube , this is where the previous one let me down with the constant swivel of the brush head the hose split & although I replaced it the replacement wasn’t long enough to go into the long tube so dust kept coming out of it. Easy battery charge & lots of attachments which will be useful as I find it doesn’t pick up well along the edge of carpet against a wall, overall I’m happy with it. Read full review...

Suction OK but disappointed with some aspects. The handheld unit is heavier and more cumbersome than expected and the reach much less. Also the crevice attachment too short and not narrow enough to be useful.
