Does what it’s ment to do
Easy to handle, easy to put together, the hand held part can get a bit heavy after a while, it has a long cord, it’s powerful, great bit of kit.

Lightweight and easy to use.
It was a replacment for my broken mop which was really good and we had paid alot for. My new mop was a bit of a battle to put together maybe if my hands were better it might not have been but the buttons were very stiff and if my husband wasn't here to do it I might have sent it back,they now after several uses have loosened so it is easier. It is very light and seems if it will break if you use it too hard but it gets the job done and is easy to use. Not used any of the tools yet it was mainly for the floors. The only other problem was the missing jug but have old one from other machine so not really a issue and the box did contain manuel from another machine as well as the one for this one. Super Cleaning Power
This Vax steam cleaner really gets the job done.
Floors are left squeaky clean after a once over with the floor attachment.
The steam power is so strong.
The heads and nozzles are a little bit though to change, but that just means they are a nice snug fit, so I really don't mind at all.
The handle is very robust and it would take a lot to break it.

Disappointing product.
My daughters friend had to help me put it together, as I didn’t have the strength, which means I probably won’t be able to change it to use the Attachments/tools. I found it disappointing to use . It wasn’t as powerful as I expected, and didn’t clean the floors as well, as expected. I find using a traditional mop and bucket difficult due to health issues, and thought this would have been the perfect solution for me. It does work ,but disappointed with the results . Lightweight steam mop
The cleaner is lighter than previous vax model which it replaced due to failure. This version has continuous steam rather than a trigger operated release which although uses water faster is a lot easier to use.
Easy to assemble although the glass cleaner tool is a bit fiddly.
Haven't used it as hand held with tools as yet, the cable is not quite long enough for my preference and the cable tidy arrangement on the handle is not user friendly when wrapping it up so overall a 4 star rating.Read full review...
