Well built - but you need a new toilet seat

I bought two toilets - comfort ones - and this is definitely higher quality and it is actually white (the other one Arley) was actually more slightly off white. I will say the toilet seat is useless and tiny compared to the bowl - so you need a new one - unless you are small.

So factor that into the price.

If it had a better seat would have said 5 *'s

I don't know why they just sell it cheaper without a seat and then you can get your own or give you some better seat options.

For a big guy like me (6ft and 17stone) - it was uncomfortable.Read full review...

Poorly made

Toilet arrived intact,upon fitting the unit cistern fixing screws were missing,
The lid did not sit correctly due to the cast not made to fit the cistern pan,
Lack of ceramic to edges,
Fitted unit which ended up leaking,
Customer was not happy ended up breaking it up into bits binned,
Got a toilet from B&Q which is far superior to this toilet,
So bought new screws and internals for this poorly made toilet which ended up costing me time and money for another unit,
Don’t buy if you want a poorly made unit no QUALITY STICKER
