Lots of great vegan recipes. Some of them need quite a lot of ingredients but if you have the time it is worth it. Other recipes are quite simple. Not made all of them but those I have made have been worth it and tasty.
The crumble was easy and delicious. The herby crusted cauliflower was a good way to eat up the veg.
