Vengaboys The Party Album !
Those who have bothered to stop and read a review of any of the Vengaboys recordings will, no doubt, have some interest or liking of them and their works. This liking will probably run parallel with some knowledge of the Vengaboys and their uncanny ability to dub, add, amend, re-mix, re-record and (of course) re-sell works from some little time back. This album is just such a re-everything, if I can coin a new word. The CD “Vengaboys Greatest Hits Part 1”, for which the exclusive licensor for the world is (or are) Brekin’ Records/Violent Music bv, appears to have the same 16 tracks with the same 16 titles in the same order as the CD “Vengaboys The Party Album!” The former has all its writings, copyright and announcements in English, the latter in a mixture of Spanish and English. The accompanying jewel case inserts are very, very similar – only the title is changed against an otherwise identical background showing cartoons of the Vengaboys by Aram Karapetian. Thus, the two are effectively the same. Both CDs are a mixture of vocals, drum-and-bass type dance music with a typical Vengaboys sense of coming from more than one country, in this case Spain and Brazil feature. If you like the Vengaboys that’s fine and can only add to the value and enjoyment of your collection. If you don’t like ‘em, I guess you’ll have to put the disc back up for sale on ebay. Me ? Great Album!!
Quite simply i love this album!!
This is the 3rd time i've bought it due to my other 2 copies being ruined from being played too much! And with the album being a bit of an 'Old Classic' in todays society you'll be able to get it for a bargain price, i bought mine for £1.99 in total including P&P! An Absolute BARGAIN!
The album begins with well known classics like 'We Like To Party!", "Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom!", "Up And Down" and "Ho Ho Vengaboys!" then procedes to more tracks that'll get the old body moving with the classic Vengaboy cheesy lyrics and thumping beats. But much to my surprise the album ends with some heavy dance tracks! They dont have the usual cheesy lyrics but are excellent! Even my dad who hates The Vengaboys and is an avid dance music fan loved the tracks! Overall an excellent album that should have a worthy place in anyones record collection.Read full review...

Great party album for the children and also for young adults alike. Item arrived quickley and was just as described on ebay. we have enjoyed listening to the album. It was baught to replace one that we had lost. The vendor was honest and a great communicator. Back to tha Vengaboys album we just love the happy light heated tempo and the nonsence lyrics, and the way that the Venga boys bont take them selves seriousley andgot on with the job of being a novilty act.Read full review...
VENGA BOYS, THE PARTY ALBUM
Being a tour coach driver I like to keep the kids on tour amused and happy, the venga boys cd's are great for this, good sing-a-long tunes,it creates a brilliant atmosphere.

Great cd for the younger ones and great to get the party going.....even the people that dont admit 2 liking the vengaboys will be up dancing!!!

bought this as had it when was younger, got rid of it then heard a song on radio n needed cd again. reminds me of my teenage years, first going out clubbing. totally fab cd,.
