Waste of money

You can't fill it with boiling water, so steam output is negligible; when you drop the menthol pad in and close the top it's really hard to sniff the benefit even if you ram your face against the (hard and unyielding) shaped part; if you unscrew and remove the top, put it aside and breathe from the bottom section, the effect is 20 times better. Just awful. Use an old mug with a few drops of Olbas Oil in and save your money. Wish I'd never bought it.Read full review

Just be careful

generally all good but you must be careful when it is full of very hot water to fix top well on . A couple of times the top has come off spilling water as I hadn't twisted it on well enough.

Waste of money.

It's a waste of money you'd be better with a bowl of steam and menthol crystals. It's gives off no steam thus rendering it useless . You can smell the menthol pad and that's it. I wouldn't recommend this product at all. Read full review
