I have used Victor battery spikes to repel moles in my yard for the past 5 or 6 years. They are very effective. I use to have moles everywhere. NOW, not a one.

Does it work

It seems to do pretty good, it started to work a couple days after I installed it. I have a pack rat problem it seems to have gotten rid of them, only wish it would drive the ground squirrels away to. So Far, So Good!

Dealing with gophers is an acquired-skill; over the years I’ve used various techniques from kill-traps (Black Hole), to ‘discouragement’ by burying bodies (skunk, etc), to properly preparing beds, prior to planting. Sonic is new to me, so I’ll reserve a bit of judgement on long-term effectiveness. I’ve now installed two units at my daughters, & 3 units in our yard. Initially, the gopher tried to “get rid” of one of the units. Since then, I’ve had no problem in the areas they’ve been “planted”. Works well....if you give it a little time

These things really work, you just need to be patient. The critters won't leave the area immediately, but give it a week or so before you'll see results. It took about a week and the moles are beating a path out of my yard (oh well, one more area to patch, but at least they're leaving!).

These things don't work. They are supposed to work in a 45' radius. Moles in my yard tunnel within 3 feet of them, I have 4 and my yard is torn up from moles. Don't waste you money.
