Overall not to bad a piece of equipment. Good points are the price and materials. Bad points are the sturdiness and the assembly. The build quality is ok but due to the nature of nuts and bolts will never be as good as a single welded frame but you get what you pay for. The back rest is a little wobbly under weight and the locking pin for adjusting the backrest height cannot be locked into position. All that being said it's ok as a starter gym.Read full review...

Ideal for home use.

Arrived in 2 boxes, make sure all the bolts are in sorted into sizes, makes it easier to assemble. Took me about a hour to put together, make sure all the bolts are really tight. Only problem was the larger pad was a bit wobbly, so I made some spacers with washers I had in the garage, this worked and made it stable. I don't really like the fly parts, so haven't fitted them, this is my choice as i prefer to use dumbells.Luckily I have a spare room to keep it in, as it's quite long when leg and preacher assembly are fitted, in all its Worth the money for home training.Read full review...

Defintely worth it.i have been using this over 2 years now and have grown lean pure muscle tissue using this equipment and various exersize capabilities.you can do all the basics and most effective movements using this and will defintely help you reach your desired body composition.
