I have used this 4 times since buying, and it is now going in the bin. I do not believe this to be the real thing, being very cheaply made (my opinion only), as all of the buttons either work or do not. Sometime the ion works most times it does not. The temperature zooms up to max, and then refuses to turn down, and 2 times out of four the only way to turn off is to unplug.
