Robust, medium stainless steel pan. Easy to clean. Heats quickly & good for simmering. Unlike my last non-stick pan, this should last for years.
I've been using this pan regularly for a week now, and I really like it. The stainless steel cleans easily, without suffering any damage, unlike cheap non-stick pans. It heats quickly, but can also simmer for long periods without losing too much moisture.
