I’ve been using gorgeous Viviscal densifying Elixir over 3 yrs after I wash my hair, I use 2 pumps on 3 fingertips & lightly dab it on my other hand’s fingers.
Then I start at the scalp on the back of my crown & lightly pull a small section of my hair upward to the ends. Repeat motion on the rest of the crown; then do the same on both & the back starting just below the crown & continue 2/3 way down.

I love the smell of this product. It is an oil so it is like putting a small amount of baby oil in your hair until it dries. Works nice, my hair is not falling out as much and that's saying something because it falls out easily. I am using both the supplement pills and the serum at the same time.
