Exactly as described and a very usful feture is it can be lifted off the wall braket and stored in the warm.
Just fitted the hose and it does everything advertised, the down side is the hose coupling I had to hunt for the correct type as I have quite a lot of adapters and only a few are compatible.

Great container poor quality hose.
The container that holds the hose is great and simple to instal and holds the hose on a ratchet. The hose however is very thin and of poor quality and kinks all the time stopping flow. It is worse than the one I threw away. Great system spoilt by a cheap hose and not cheap, for that reason, I will soon have to replace the hose itself! Read full review...

It works very well so far it lock in position without creeping back and now it has been used 2-3 times it retracts very well. was a bit sluggish at first, but seems to have freed up with use.
