Bought for son-in-law's birthday. He is very pleased with it. In order to get a delicious smoky taste on a gas BBQ, don't clean the BBQ grill! The crispness seems to depend on the flour - strong flour produces a crisper base with air bubbles and pizza flour a flatter, less crisp base. Both very tasty though.Read full review
