Cool watch.

I am very pleased with my Vostok Amphibian. Workmanship and finish are good. Keeps good time. Keeps running as long as I wear it. When fully wound it runs by itself for 36 hours. I like the retro look and the Russian printing on the dial. I even like the bracelet but I do have trouble getting it to latch sometimes. This is my second Vostok and they are both great. Vostok Quality in question.

I've been reading about Vostok watches for years, and have been wanting one and decided to give one a try...the price is great for what this watch is supposed to be..a true waterproof watch for diving...Cons: the cheapest watch band ever made, I mean plan on simply throwing the band away! and the dial is small like the old watches of the 1960s-small and the number marker and hand lume is not very good. the stem is tricky to get used to winding and setting...setting the date takes FOREVER, because of having to rotate the hands twice around per click of the date indicator.Pros: Good finish watch case is of good size and the non ratcheting bezel stays where you set it via friction...and of course it is self winding and stem wound as well....and the vostok waterproof case back system. Overall for the price..its okay...nothing to write home to mom about. I probably would not buy another one...unless there is one with a larger dial.Read full review

Lightweight watch with great features

I have the watch only for a couple of weeks. My first impression is that it is very accurate. When is fully winded and not worn on hand it advances 4-5 seconds per 24 hours. When I'm wearing it on my hand - looses 2-3 seconds per 24 hours. For mechanical watch that is a great accuracy. It's a perfect fit for my hand. Not too bulky , not too small. Very easy to set. The dial is not fancy and over all the watch doesn't look very nice , but it's a sturdy construction. The simplicity in this piece is the key for good functionality .Read full review

Surprising quality for the money!

Very surprised at the quality of the Vostok Amphibian at the very low price. It doesn't, of course, compare to my Omega Seamaster GMT, but that watch cost around 20X as much. Will be a good watch to wear while doing yard work, etc.Read full review

Russian Made Watch

Still haven’t received the watch
