Handy useful Steamer
I have used an hand held steamer for a number of years I needed a new one and I'm pleased I could buy one almost the same from eBay it's great for steaming away stubborn stains Thankyou

Not easy to use
Don't expect anything special for the price. Positives are it heats up quickly and is lightweight. Problem is the steaming button is tricky to use, you have to slide it forwards and push it down at the same time. Not sure what genius thought that was a good design. Instructions are pretty poor and explain badly how to attach nozzles (which is also tricky to do). It also does not explain that to unscrew the cap the steam must be fully used up and you must push down on the steam button whilst unscrewing. Again, a bit awkward in all areas. I kept it anyway as was desperate to steam the dust mites out of my bed so this was better than nothing, but in future I would spend more money on a more quality product than this.Read full review

Water everywhere
Although easy to put together etc, i found puddles of water along the worktop I was steam cleaning. Also when I used it in the downstairs loo which is all tiled, I found large puddles of water on the floor. Compared notes with a friend who has a different model steam cleaner and decided this wasn't normal so returned it.Read full review

Not Over Impressed.
With a small tank it doesn't allow you to cover much area at each fill-up, then it takes a long time to refill due to having to wait for it to cool & depresureize, so its no good for a large heavaly soild area.
It is OK if you just want to clean a small, one or two square foot area, that is only lightly soild.-

I used this on furntiture, it did the job, but had to keep refilling, so to let residual steam out, then re-heat the water took a lot longer time than I thought it would.
