WORX WG163E 20V Cordless Grass Trimmer

Light, easy handling.

Very easy to use, have managed to strim all of my needs in one battery-charge. Light, ease of handling with no messy cables to tangle though still not familiar with what height to hold at times thus baring turf on occasion....will come with use.
All in all, I'm extremely pleased with the purchase which is a great addition to my garden-tools.

lighweight and fuctional

It works better than expected but as with all cordless tools it has its limitations, Dont expect it to tackle three foot high nettles but for trimming around the fruit trees and in the bits that the mower can't get to it is excellent , a litle more battery life would make it even better but you can't win them all .pros , good for what it is but dont expect a brush cutter if you buy one.

It's great

Bought it because I have plenty of other 20v Worx tools and this was the price of two batteries and a charger - so even if it wasn't any good I could still use the accessories and I was sick of tripping over the lead of my old one.
Unless you're trimming Hyde park the battery is more than sufficient and will hold its charge when not being used.
It's light and adjusts to do the edges.
Registered it on the website and got a 3yr warranty.
Can't fault it.

Great product, but strimmer spools a bit of a concern.

I have several Worx tools. They are all very good quality, and I love the battery share system.
The strimmer is fine for the most part, but the supplied strimmer cable keeps snapping. On investigation, each time the cord snaps it is getting twisted in the cartridge, jamming, and causing such friction generated heat that the cable end melts to the cable spool. After using pliers to free it, we are off and working again, but only for a few minutes before a repeat performance. Eventually I had to chuck the supplied cartridge and buy a new pack.

Worx works ok.

Seems good, does what I want (just- spare battery would be good). Difficult to clean if grass is at all wet. Edging takes a bit of practice.

Initially looking for the popular German tool product, but reviews and research turned up Worx. Checked the spec and reviews, good enough to place an order. Not disappointed.
