It provides the support to back and shoulders as described and is of good quality. It recommends that you wear it for twice a day for periods of one hour. Being close to the maximum chest size I found it a bit difficult to get on initially but practice has eased this. Works well but uncomfortable

Probably take a bit of getting used to..... Certainly pulls shoulders back and improves posture but quite uncomfortable esp round armpit area. I'm still trying it in short spells and increasing slowly. Also trying a few alterations. If I can get used to it better I'm sure it'll do it's jobRead full review

Good in principle but didn't suit me

The principle is good and it is fairly well made product but on the small side and difficult to put on. I tried it for a couple of days and then gave it to my other half and it did fit her better. In conclusion would probably suit a smaller chest size, mine is 46" but would advise to research thoroughly before purchasing. I have subsequently gone for a posture product that is sold by waist size and in my case XL 38" - 41". Not received yet so I cannot comment about whether it works.Read full review

This really does pull your shoulders back, but it does rub badlu under the armpits. I am trying to wear it at night and in bed but have to see how it goes.

Unless you have an upper body of an incredible hulk, this product is far too big and the adjustment is useless. Not enough velcro to fit it in place to fit my upper body and arms. Certainly not for women . Men with very bulky torsos may be ok. Read full review
