Great for short hair
As previously stated it takes a long time to fully charge .I normally have a no3 and I managed to cut my hair on my own quite comfortably. The attachments are easy to fit and oil and a brush are supplied. The shaver operated fine power wise and I had no issues. I suspect cutting long hair may be a different prospect for battery life and repeated use will drain it quickly .For the price and under the current circumstances it's worth the moneyRead full review...

The Jury's Out
This product is well priced, of simple design and lightweight which makes it easy to handle. However, with a 16 hour (re)charging time for up to an hour's use, one has to be well prepared in advance. What is more frustrating is that there is a light which is red when a recharge is needed that turns blue after a few hours recharging - but that only gives a few minutes of use. There is nothing to indicate when the unit has been fully recharged. It can be used whilst plugged into the mains but the whole point of a rechargable unit is to be free of the trailing lead. I haven't been able to rate the quality of the finished haircut as my wife cut my hair with scissors whilst the clippers were charging! I will try again in a few weeks' time.Read full review...

Due to Coronavirus & the barber's being closed for some time to come,

I needed a trimmer with grade attachments up to #8. Not many choices left with a rush on orders during the lockdown, but saw these and seemed to be exactly what I was looking for.
