Good clipper.

Lightweight and powerful. The adjustable lever can become loose at times. That's seems to a typical experience for me with some Wahl clippers. However I'm sure most of them work fine. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I sent my clipper to Wahl to have that fixed and it's perfect. These are my go to clippers for now.Read full review

You won't find a much nicer hair clipper (professional barber shop quality) than the Legend. I did a lot of research and review surfing. The Legend was consistently rated among the best by barbers. I cut my own hair for the first time. The various rake attachments made it a breeze. I started with the #8, and worked my way down to the #6, then #4. Not attaching any rakes allows you to trim around the ears, sideburns, and fuzz on the back of your neck. I purchased this clipper due to the barber shops be closed due to the corona virus. Unfortunately for them, I will never go back. Just three haircuts will pay for these clippers. I have no problem with fact that this is a corded clippers. I simply use a tool grade extension cord, and cut my hair in the bath tub for easy clean up with my shop vac.Read full review

Excellent Clippers Make Me My Own Barber

This was an excellent buy! These clippers are well-made and professional quality. Due to the current stay at home directive, I couldn't go out to get a haircut so I purchased this clipper set to do my own. Now I don't have any desire to go have my hair cut, I do it myself and this clipper set makes it possible. In two more cuts, the clippers will have paid for itself. Good clippers

I wanted the wahl seniors, but I figured these would do just as well. I read up on the clippers and a lot of buyers liked the crunch blade.
Only issue I had was the blade would snag and pull hair if it wasn’t properly oiled before a cut. So eventually I switched the blade for the ceramic blade and the snagging stop. I use these clippers for fading. Read full review

Wahl Pro 5star Legend

Solid piece of equipment. I was a bit skeptical or gun shy that I was paying up for little added value, but I am well satisfied with the clippers and all the attachments. I do think I had to pay more for it due to the CoronaVirus pandemic, the closing of barbershops and salons, but getting clipped (pun intended) a few bucks is better than buying a cheap piece of equipment that will burn out in a couple years.
