I will read it again.

No cons. For me, it brought back memories of growing up in a city with three great teams and rivalries and how we argued over who was the best center fielder, Mays, Mantle or Snyder. It wasn't all about baseball but a way of life for a country coming out of a world war. I read it in two days.Read full review

Heartwarming and timely for me personally.

It was therapeutic for me to deal with my brother's recent passing. He had a similar bond with our father over baseball. It reminded me of so many features of life in the 1950's.
