Easy read with good information.

I've been painting watercolours for a few years but had never previously know about using Gum Arabic to give the effect of 'really wet' water. Excellent bit of info'.

Learning how to water colour

Book is informative, set at the right pace for a beginner; good hints and tips. Would recommend this book. I found out after a few trial paintings I didnt like the paper I was using. In the book makes suggestions, so I actually changed the paper and what a difference? Still at a learning curve but love practising.Read full review...
