Watership Down DVD
Classic cartoon film about a group of rabbits trying to find a better place to live and get into lots of adventures on the way.I loved this film as a child and still love it now.I decided to buy it as my daughters are singing the sound track song Bright Eyes in a school concert and asked me what is was about so i bought the DVD to show them and they loved the film also.Read full review...

We bought this DVD for our grand children, they are enthralled by it, our little grand son calls it the rabbits!! a big hit with all the family. We were well pleased with it.

this film is an all time classic. i am sure many people young and old alike can enjoy this childrens tale about rabbits searching for a new home.you certainly get absorbed into this tale but be warned it is a tear jerker.i bought it as a gift for someone who hadnt seen it for years and they still enjoyed every minute of this title even now.Read full review...

Love this film even at 38 years old!
Brought this on DVD as our video has now retired! I love this film I have just brought the book aswell. I have even named some of my rabbits after the characters (sad but true). Bit scarey to watch for younger children.Read full review...

Down to earth story of a family of rabbits. A wonderful tale for children of all ages. Well worth purchasing . Mu grandchildren love this movie.
An Essential Childhood Classic
I love this film and bought it for my children to watch for the first time. Last time I saw this it was in VHS, so I was very impressed with the quality of the DVD version.
Beautiful artwork, an immersive plot and. of course, lots of fluffy bunnies! The writers have succeeded in bringing each character to life and make you feel every tension, every happiness, every sad moment.
A timeless classic to be watched only with a box of tissues handy. I would recommend that particularly sensitive young children may find some scenes disturbing as they can be a bit violent but my 6 year old loved it.
Also on this DVD are interviews with the producer, writers and animation artists who give an insight into the making of the film which I found extremely interesting.Read full review...

After hearing the song Bright eyes i was reminicing about the film and my husband said he hadn't seen it we decided to buy it. The things i thought i remembered about the film didn't materialise, had i seen another version of it in my youth, no i don't think so just the years playing tricks. I was just glad i hadn't paid a fortune for the film. I would advise anyone thinking of getting this DVD to think again.Read full review...

An absolute gem ! I first saw this film about 25 years ago,as a young kid and it etched it's self on my mind straight away. I just had to buy it for my kids who are of the same age as i was when i first saw it. It's a superbly animated film with a great story and fantastic voice overs...My kids loved it! and as they get older i'm sure they will appreciate it even more....great film.Read full review...
