I bought this little book because it was always a favourite with both children and adults at the playgroup I worked at.
I child mind young ones so that is why I chose the Board book style. so that they can hold it and turn the pages easily.

Perfect and inspiring little story.

This little story is so good that it has become a game for us. The drawings are perfect and real too, which makes them very easy to understand for a little child.

Excellent for pre-schoolers

This is great for preschoolers, as they can act out the actions in the book, however i think an older child would be easily bored with it. My son is 4 and he loves it, i bought it for him as i remember it from when i was a child.Read full review...

I love this story and use it all the time in my work with children.

Wonderful story, a must have. Very imaginative. This is the shortened version where the chorus is only printed on the first page, but if you know this story then you will be fine. Wonderful, Interactive book that kids just LOVE!

I bought two of these books for my grand daughters. This is a wonderful interactive book to read and act out with children and kids LOVE this book!! I have five grand children and they all have this book. It's our favourite and we read it every single night before bed.
