Great value , decently made . If you need to use a weight belt & want to spread the weight out it's great . For people who don't have a integrated BCD but need to have weights . About as simple as tying your shoes to set up & use . Can also be used as a equipment belt suspender if not used as weight belt . I have two set ups . One for weights . One for pony tank .
