Very hard to miss important murmurs now!

Amazing product. Very satisfied after gifting this to myself post MRCEM.
Pros.
1. Not as heavy as expected. In fact lighter than Littman Cardiology III
2. Amplifies sounds really well.
3. Can Exclusively select Low or High frequencies.
4. Amazing look.
5. Fits well in ears.

Cons.
1. Shipping charge almost half as the cost!!!
2. Does not have extra ear-pieces.
3. Uses 2 half-AA batteries which are rare in my place.
4. Amplifies sounds of holding the tube or chest piece with fingers, as also rubbing with clothing which is REALLY annoying.
5. Tube rubber-material is not top quality.

Would review again if it falls apart, i guess.Read full review

The quality of amplifying sound is no way inferior to Littmann , JABES , DRG , ThinkLabs .

Butr I found some points that I am concerned about.
1) 1/2 AA Battery is not so common and expensive.
2) No English Manual included.

Sensible length that works

Those 'normal' length stethoscopes are a pain because one's head has to be very close to the patient's, besides having to stoop.
