I am a candidate for full knee replacement. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. I've been using this almost a year now and am still working full time teaching and nit in severe pain. It does help lubricate my joint, otherwise I would've already had to have that surgery that I Know I need from seeing X-rays of mine. It's easy to take, easy to store and it works! I keep mine in the fridge and keep it cold. Yum
