Much better than another leading brand in Pond compost, no black floating bits, no cloudy water. Easy to use and goes a long way. It's very heavy. Better than using normal soil. You just need to put stones on top to stop it making the pond cloudy.

Plants seem to be growing okay but early days. Lots of sand which is good for pond plants. Very expensive and would query if worth the money. Would not recommend on the strength of this.

Great stuff, no seepage into pond when gravel is used on top of planter.
Very heavy bag to move but as the compost is compact planting can even be done indoors.

Good quality aquatic soil

Unlike some aquatic composts this does not drift or leach into the pond . It's solid and clay like making it ideal for water lilies .

Excellent for my Pond.

Planted some lilies in this compost and they are doing well. It is nice and heavy, of fine sand like structure and is not too dusty when placing in pond.

I have no water circulation in pond and compost has stayed in pots. If you have heavy filters you may want hessian to line the pots.Read full review...
