Perfect part, open package !
The item was totally fine, good as brand new. I guess the price was lower because the plastic bag it came in was torn open or the seam of the bag just came apart. For this reason it was open package and a lower price, no damage at all to the part itself. This makes it a Great value. Besides you would have to open a sealed package when you get a new part anyway. Read full review

Better than buying a new dishwasher
Slides fit my Kitchenaid dishwasher perfectly. Easy to install (you'll have to pull the dishwasher out to do so.) Slides function just like when the dishwasher was brand new.
