Great product but just not for me.

The razor is good quality and great for the price. Be very careful! I haven't used one of these since the 1970s. After two attempts I have to say the finish on the skin is excellent but after 4 nicks and copious amounts of blood I am admitting defeat. I haven't got enough time left on the planet to master this particular shaving experience.Read full review

Nice, inexpensive old school razor

Still getting used to the old style safety razor thing, it is a slightly different technique to plastic multiblade razors (you only need to be quite gentle with this safety razor) but it's well worth the effort in terms of a good close shave and no disposable plastic razor waste! Read full review

The razor is fine I had one when I first started to shave about 40 years ago but as time passed by you get new one you trie them. But after a while you see how much the blades have gone up so you go back to the old safety razor because they are much chipper.Read full review

A poor buy. Well below expectations.

The razor is advertised as Wilkinson but it bears no manufacturers badge and the engineering quality is not the best. The butterfly mechanism does not grip the blade at the correct angle - result 5 nicks to the face. I did not feel comfortable at all using this razor.
The blades did come in handy though. The real Wilkinson deal. I have used them in my old Gillette screw-type razor - perfect shave.Read full review

Never used a butterfly razor before and thought I’d give it a go. Cut myself on first attempt, three times. I found it lethal but that’s probably my fault and not the product. Have passed it on to my Son.

if you have been using twin blade razors with swivel heads it will take you a while to get used to this product, it would be very easy to cut yourself if you rush a shave, it will give you a very close shave and is much cheaper, the blades can be recycled also.Read full review
