Cranking up the Christmas atmosphere, hugely entertaining.

I had this as a Christmas gift and boy is it a great game to play over Christmas. It just adds a Christmas atmosphere to it all and is fun to play.
You choose from the playing pieces which are the usual silver colour.
You can be Santa, an Elf, a Snowman, a Reindeer, a Christmas Pudding or a Christmas Roast Dinner.
The houses and hotels are modeled in the same colours and designs but are called Santas Grottos and Workhouses resectively.
Instead of Chance and Community Chest cards they are now Santas Sack cards and Christmas Cracker cards.
You get the gist of this - everything has been changed to a Christmas theme. The railway station spaces are now the names of Reindeer, you get to buy holly, mistletoe, baubles, etc
You won't be able to play just one game over Christmas. It is huge fun game.
I don't think anyone would be disappointed on this!

Oh what fun!

Christmas monopoly was a very entertaining refreshing take on the original monopoly. It still has basic rules of buying and selling properties ect.... But all the properties have changed names with christmas themes. It still has its version of community chest and chance cards, but again with christmas theme.
The rules weren't as strict as the original, they were more relaxed and created hours of fun for the whole family. I would definitely recommend it.Read full review...
