So easy to fit

This was the easiest reversing camera I've ever fitted.
Great size mirror/monitor good clear picture simple clip on to existing interior mirror.
Wired the monitor into the cigarette lighter wiring again simple 2 wire connection.
Due to the shape of the number plate area on my vehicle i made a bracket out of some L shaped aluminium fixed the camera to it and another simple wiring job 2 wires one to the live wire on reversing light and the other to the earth wire on reversing light. Tucked wires away refitted the light fitting and job done. Apart from making the bracket which took 15 minutes at the most, the job would have taken about an hour and a half, that was taking my time and making sure all wires were tucked away properly. Does not work

Installed but camera not providing image, when switched on screen turns blue only. I take it since this happens I should then have a picture.

Outstanding value for money.

I purchased this item to use on my Caravan. I was unsure reading other reviews if it would be fit for my purpose. The camera was mounted on my Caravan which is 8meters in length. The camera is hard wired into to a permanent 12v supply which I put a small switch in to operate when towing. The screen was mounted over the rear view mirror and again wired in to operate permanently and switchable. The tow vehicle is a Freelander 2 so at least another 2-3 meters . The system works great and no set up was required simply plug and go. I feel the image is of a reasonably good quality and certainly makes driving much safer than just the mirrors and eliminates any blind spots so I can as with a normal rear view mirror check before making any manoeuvre. It also works well when reversing again allowing you to see anyone giving guidance when you can’t see them in the mirrors.

does not work. if you want a rear view camera get a fully wired system it is the only way you will get a stable picture on your monitor.
