Truly eye opening

I am on the journey of the self and for any women who wants to reclaim herself then this book is a must ..... I have followed it step by step and it seems a bit crazy but the journey if truly dedicated is EXACTLY how it says in the book ....I am personally only on the second spiral and it has changed my life in so many ways I'm excited for what is ahead of me.
