Decided to get this for use at home rather than going to the gym. It obviously doesn't have the same features as a full gym, but it's very versatile, with adjustable resistance for differing fitness levels. Well-made, folds away for storage. Combined with other techniques (running, cycling, hiking etc) I find it works really well for maintaining fitness. Disappointed

I had read a lot of reviews before I brought this and all were good, so I'm disappointed to find that this makes a horrendous sound when being used even after wd40 had been applied, so I can't use it while watching tv as a lot of people had stated they did. Also the 2 bars aren't level with each other, not sure if they're supposed to be but I would have thought so! Painful on my back when using for sit ups and my tummy muscles don't feel like they are being used, but positive when using on legs. Overall not as expected and wish I'd saved my money and continued to do sit ups unaided!Read full review

At last something that is more than just hype!

The Smart Wonder Core is marketed as a product that is versatile and adjustable - which is exactly what it is. As a new user I have set it at its lowest level but I can already see it has potential for change as my ability hopefully improves. It is easy to use and store although it is heavier than I expected. Limiting Factor

Great idea for a piece of exercise equipment. However works well if you are skinny in the hips area but anyone with larger hips machine is quite narrow. So not suited to me and have passed it on to my skinny gym bunny niece.Read full review

exercise almost enjoyable

great bit of kit I am 57 and sit ups / press ups where so hard if not impossible and so I just never did them, but now the Wonder core smart makes the job almost a pleasure but still getting that final burn in stomach arms etc without all the agony as doing it without the wonder core, I used to give up exercise after a few days as it was just to painful, not anymore I now use the wonder core everyday for some form of exercise and with a slight change in diet the results are showing great !!Read full review
